Refund policy

We are able to process refunds within 10 working days. All refunds are issued based on your original payment method.
We offer full delivery charge refunds where our Haden products arrive with you damaged or faulty, however if the return is an unwanted item or misused, refunds exclude delivery charges.

Our products come with a 2 -year warranty. If your item is faulty, and has been purchased from Haden directly, we can offer you an exchange or a refund within the first year. Within the second year, we offer an exchange only.
