Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (150–180g each)

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon (½ for juice, ½ sliced)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Prep the Salmon:
Pat your salmon dry and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice for that bright, fresh kick. -
Prep the Asparagus:
Toss the trimmed asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Simple, but oh-so-good. -
Air Fry Magic:
Place the salmon and asparagus in your Haden Air Fryer basket. Top the salmon with lemon slices for extra zing. Set to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 12 minutes — just enough time to get perfectly tender salmon and crisp-tender asparagus. -
