Iced Matcha Latte with Cream and Sprinkles

Fresh, creamy, and lightly earthy, this iced matcha latte is a refreshing layered drink that’s as beautiful as it is simple. Smooth whisked matcha is poured over ice, finished with milk and a soft cream topping, then decorated with colourful sprinkles for a playful café-style touch.

Ingredients
3 small scoops of ice
2 tbsp matcha powder
60ml water
100ml milk
50ml double cream
Sprinkles (confetti-style cake sprinkles)

Instructions

Add the ice scoops to a glass.

In a bowl, whisk the matcha powder with 60ml water until smooth and frothy.

Pour the whisked matcha over the ice.

Add 100ml milk and stir gently to create a light layered effect.

Slowly pour 50ml of cream on top to form a smooth creamy layer.

Finish with colourful sprinkles on top.

Serve immediately and enjoy cold.
