Iced Matcha Freeze

Smooth, creamy and perfectly refreshing.

This Iced Matcha Freeze blends earthy matcha with creamy milk for a cool, café-style drink made effortlessly at home. Finished with sweet blueberry compote and fresh blueberries.

Made with the help of the Haden Frozen Drinks Maker, it transforms simple ingredients into a frozen drink in around 35 minutes.

Ingredients:
1.5L milk of choice
6–8 tsp matcha powder
2–4 tbsp honey or syrup, optional
Blueberry compote
Fresh blueberries

Method:
Pour the milk into the Frozen Drinks Maker and whisk in the matcha until smooth. Add sweetener if desired, then select the Milkshake setting.

Add blueberry compote to the bottom of each glass, pour over the frozen matcha, and finish with fresh blueberries on top.

Tip:
Oat milk creates an extra creamy texture that pairs perfectly with matcha.
