Frozen Aperol Spritz

Bright, citrusy and perfectly refreshing, this Frozen Aperol Spritz is made for sunny afternoons and summer evenings. Aperol, sparkling wine and soda water blend into a smooth, icy cocktail with the perfect bittersweet finish. Just pour everything into the Haden Frozen Drinks Maker, select the Cocktail mode, and in around 35 minutes, your frozen spritz is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
1 bottle Aperol
1 bottle of champagne or prosecco
400ml soda water
Orange slices, to garnish

Method:
Pour all ingredients into the Frozen Drinks Maker and select the Cocktail preset. Let the machine work its magic until smooth and frozen. Serve straight from the tap with fresh orange slices and enjoy immediately.

Tip:
Chill the ingredients beforehand for an even frostier finish.
