This Mystic Matcha Brew is creamy, vibrant, and just a little bit eerie — the perfect potion for your Halloween table. Whisk up this green delight, top it with whipped cream, and finish with a few hauntingly sweet decorations. Made with the help of Haden Salcombe Grey and Copper Kettle.
Ingredients:
- 2g matcha powder
- 70–90ml hot water
- 150ml milk of your choice
- Whipped cream
- Spooky sweets or sprinkles for decoration
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Potion:
Add matcha powder to a small bowl. Pour in the hot water (around 70–80°C) and whisk briskly using a matcha whisk until it’s smooth and frothy.
2. Mix the Magic:
Warm or froth your milk in a jug. Pour it into your favourite cup, then gently add your whisked matcha on top to create a two-tone brew.
3. Finish with a Fright:
Top generously with whipped cream and decorate with spooky sweets, candy eyes, or Halloween sprinkles.
4. Serve & Sip:
Your Mystic Matcha Brew is ready! Creamy, dreamy, and ghoulishly green — a treat fit for every witch and wizard.
