
Whole Baby Roast Chicken

If you’re after a tender, flavour packed roast without turning on the oven, this air fryer whole baby chicken is the way to go. Cooked in the Haden 12L Air Fryer, it comes out juicy on the inside with a perfectly crisp golden skin — no fuss, no mess. Ideal for a Sunday roast or a midweek treat that feels a bit special.
Ingredients:
Whole baby chicken (around 1–1.2kg), olive oil, garlic, lemon, paprika, rosemary, salt, black pepper
Instructions:
Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and rub with olive oil. Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, minced garlic, lemon zest, and fresh rosemary.
Air Fry: Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C for 25 minutes, then flip and cook for another 20–25 minutes until golden and fully cooked through.
Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before carving. Serve with roast vegetables or a fresh salad for an easy, satisfying meal.
