Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets, cubed
 - 2 cups cooked sushi rice
 - 1 avocado, sliced
 - 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
 - 1 carrot, julienned
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 1 tsp honey
 - 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
 - Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
 
Method:
- Marinate Salmon: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha. Add salmon cubes and marinate for 20 minutes.
 - 
Air Fry Salmon: Place salmon cubes in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180°C, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked and slightly crispy.
