Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Method:

  1. Marinate Salmon: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha. Add salmon cubes and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Air Fry Salmon: Place salmon cubes in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes at 180°C, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked and slightly crispy. 
  3. Assemble Bowl: Divide sushi rice into bowls. Top with air-fried salmon, avocado slices, cucumber, and carrot.
  4. Garnish: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Drizzle with extra soy sauce or a touch of sriracha if desired.
