Maple-Glazed Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet, crispy, and perfect for Autumn, these Maple-Glazed Sweet Potato Fries bring together the comforting flavours of the season. Quick and easy to make with your air fryer, they’re a delightful side dish or snack for those cosy autumn evenings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C 
  2. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and a touch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  3. Arrange the fries in the air fryer basket, ensuring they're in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup, toss, and air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes for a sticky glaze.
