Golden Air Fryer Granola

Move over, store-bought granola. This simple yet flavour-packed air fryer granola recipe brings together crunchy nuts, seeds, and naturally sweet dried fruits for a wholesome snack or breakfast. It’s easy to make and the air fryer adds a beautiful toasted flavour. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 50 g cashews
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g walnuts
- 50 g pistachios
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 25 g flax seeds
- 25 g sunflower seeds
- 70 g dried cranberries
- 70 g coconut flakes
- 70 g dried banana chips
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Roughly chop the nuts if you prefer smaller pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine all the nuts and seeds.
- Add the dried cranberries, coconut flakes, and banana chips.
- Drizzle in the honey and melted coconut oil, then add the cocoa powder. Mix everything so all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Place the mixture in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 160°C for 20 minutes, stopping twice to open and stir the granola for even toasting.
- Once golden and fragrant, remove and let it cool completely. The granola will crisp up as it cools.
How to Enjoy
- Sprinkle over yoghurt or smoothie bowls
- Serve with milk for a wholesome breakfast
- Snack straight from the jar whenever you need a crunchy treat
