Delicious Air Fryer Arancini

Arancini is a delightful treat that can be easily prepared in the air fryer for a healthier twist. These crispy, cheesy bites make for an excellent appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked risotto, cooled
 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
 - 1/2 cup flour
 - 2 eggs, beaten
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 - Olive oil spray
 
Instructions

Prepare the Arancini: Take a small amount of risotto and form a ball around a cube of mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all the risotto is used.

Coat the Arancini: Roll each rice ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure each ball is evenly covered.

Cook the Arancini: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C. Spray the arancini with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until they are golden and crispy.

Serve: Enjoy your delicious arancini as an appetizer or a main dish with your favourite dipping sauce.
