Crispy Air Fryer Tortellini
Share
Fresh tortellini, but make it crispy. This easy air fryer recipe turns spinach and ricotta tortellini into golden, Parmesan-coated bites with a deliciously crisp outside and soft, cheesy centre.
Served with warm marinara sauce for dipping, it makes an easy snack, starter or quick dinner when you want something comforting without much effort.
Ingredients
- 400g fresh tortellini — we used spinach and ricotta
- 40g butter
- 50g Parmesan, plus extra to serve
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Marinara sauce, to serve
Method
1. Add the tortellini
Open the pack of fresh tortellini and add it straight to your air fryer basket.
2. Add the flavour
Add the butter, Parmesan, garlic powder and a pinch of salt. Give everything a good mix so the tortellini is evenly coated.
3. Air fry
Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. The tortellini should be golden and crispy on the outside.
4. Serve
Transfer to a plate and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping. Finish with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan and freshly chopped parsley.
The little extra
The best part? There’s no need to boil the tortellini first. Straight from the packet to the air fryer, with a few simple ingredients, you’ve got crispy, cheesy tortellini ready for dipping.
