Crispy, golden and full of flavour. These air fryer roasted potatoes are quick to prepare and cook in under 25 minutes, making them an easy side dish for any day of the week. They’re soft inside, perfectly seasoned and require only a small amount of oil—a great addition to roasts, midweek meals or holiday hosting. Made with the NEW HADEN 6.5L Cream Air Fryer.
Ingredients
- 800g baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Flaky salt
- Fresh herbs to finish
Method
- Place each potato between two chopsticks and slice thinly. This creates the Hasselback effect and stops you from cutting all the way through.
- Add the potatoes to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and a generous pinch of salt. Mix well so each potato is coated.
- Cook in your air fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes. Shake halfway through. They should be crisp, golden and tender inside.
- Serve warm. Finish with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of Parmesan.

- Don’t overcrowd the basket — this helps them crisp properly.
