INGREDIENTS
1 Carrot
1 Raw Beetroot (peeled)
1-2 Parsnips
1 Sweet Potato
1 White Potato
½ Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes (Optional)
1 Tsp Olive Oil (Optional)
1 Tsp Cumin (Optional)
METHOD
1, Slice the veggies thinly using mandolin or vegetable peeler.
2, In a large mixing bowl, place all the sliced vegetables & season them well.
3, You can add a teaspoon of olive oil or no oil at all.
4, Place the veggies to air-fryer basket in a single layer.
5, Air-fry for 12 mins at 180C.
6, Shake the basket frequently- every 3-4 minutes.
7, Serve & enjoy!
