Air Fryer Muffins

Looking for a quick and tasty treat? These air fryer muffins are the perfect solution! With just a few simple ingredients and your trusty air fryer, you can whip up a batch of fluffy, golden-brown muffins in no time. They’re ideal for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, blueberries, or nuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 175°C and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.

  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. Blend Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined

  5. Prepare Muffin Cups: Line your silicone muffin cups with liners or lightly grease them, then fill each cup about ¾ full with batter.

  6. Air Fry: Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch each other. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.

  7. Cool and Serve: Let the muffins cool slightly before removing them from the cups. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
