
Air Fryer Halloumi

Craving something quick, crispy and satisfying? This air fryer halloumi ticks all the boxes. Cooked in the Haden 12L Air Fryer, it’s golden on the outside, soft and squeaky inside — the perfect appetiser, side, or snack. No splatter, no frying pan, just irresistible halloumi in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
Halloumi block (250g), olive oil, dried oregano, chilli flakes (optional), fresh parsley or mint, lemon wedge to serve
Instructions:
Slice and Season: Cut halloumi into thick slices. Lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and chilli flakes if using.
Air Fry: Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Serve: Finish with chopped herbs and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy on its own or with flatbreads, dips or salad.
