Looking for tasty & healthy vegetarian burger recipe? Try our Air-Fryer method!

These simple & delicious burgers are oil-free, full of fibre & nutrients.

INGREDIENTS

1 can of Red Kidney Beans (drained & rinsed)
1 can of Lentils (drained & rinsed)
1 can of Peas (drained & rinsed)
1/2 cup of spring onions (chopped)
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
2/3 cups bread crumbs



METHOD

1, Put all the ingredients into a food processor.

2, Form the mixture with your hands into patties using bread crumbs.

3, Set the Air-Fryer to 200°C for 20 minutes, turning the burgers over midway through cooking.

4, Allow to cool a little before serving.

5, Build your burger with your favourite sauces & condiments, such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc.

6, Enjoy!
