Easy Blender Peanut and Cashew Butter
This creamy nut butter is super quick and easy to make in our Health Blender. We highly recommend to spread it on apple slices for a tasty and healthy snack.
Nut butter is an amazing energy booster. It makes a great pre-workout snack or breakfast, packed with vitamins, protein, fibre and healthy fats.
70g Unsalted Peanuts
1-2 Tsp Maple Syrup
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
1-1/2 Tbsp Water or Peanut Oil
Dash of Salt
1, Place all the ingredients in Health Blender.
2, Blend everything together adding water or oil if needed.
3, Pulse Health Blender very quickly for one- two seconds, then remove and shake. Repeat this process until you have reached your desired consistency.
4, Spread the nut butter on apple slices for a yummy and healthy snack.
