Have you ever tried carrot cake donuts? Well now you can with our easy recipe.

Craving for something sweet & less naughty? We made these healthy plant-based & GF carrot cake donuts in our Air-Fryer.


1 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup of coconut oil

2 tbsp of ground flax seed

1 cup of plant-based milk

1 cup of flour

1 cup of grated carrot

1 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp of salt

2 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of nutmeg

1 tsp of vanilla extract

Desiccated Coconut (optional)


1, Mix the sugar & coconut oil.

2, Then add the rest of the ingredients and process well.

3, Pour the processed mixture into donut cases. You want the donut cups to be about 2/3 full.

4, Place the donuts in the air-fryer basket.

5, Air-fry at 180C for 12 mins or until a toothpick inserted into donuts comes out completely clean.

6, Leave to cool.

7, Blend your favourite glaze together until smooth.

8, Glaze your donuts, sprinkle with desiccated coconut or crushed nuts & enjoy.
