Air-Fryer Potato Wedges

Who doesn’t love classic potato wedges?
The health benefit of making these wedges in the air-fryer is that you can use tiny bit of oil or no oil at all! Don’t forget, potatoes are packed with nutrients & antioxidants, they are naturally gluten free. They can only become unhealthy if fried or loaded with butter, sour cream & cheese. You can all enjoy guilt free potato wedges or fries when using Air Fryer. Plus, you don’t have to wait till oven is preheated & instead of 45 mins in the oven, you only air-fry them for 15 mins.
INGREDIENTS
3-4 baking potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tsp of olive oil
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
METHOD
1. Wash the potatoes & cut them into wedges.
2. Mix them with all your favourite seasoning.
3. Place the wedges into the air-fryer basket & air-fry at 200°C for 10mins. Flip them halfway through. Then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Serve & enjoy!
