DAY 12: Apple Turnovers

On the last day of Christmas, we bring to you.... Apple Turnovers! 

1. Apples

2. Honey

3. Puff Pastry

4. Cinnamon Sugar

5. Egg

1. Add a layer of honey to baking paper.

2. Add slices of apple on top of honey.

3. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of the apple.

4. Cover the apples in puff pastry and apply egg wash.

5. Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180C.

6. Flip the pastry so the apples are at the top and continue to cook for another 5 minutes at 180C.

Be careful honey is sweet but hot!!

7. Sprinkle sugar & cinnamon onto and enjoy!
